Actress Contract Agreement
This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions governing the engagement of [Actress Name] for the role of [Character Name] in the film, the "Film Title" is under the registration process of Copyright Act 1957," produced by The Film City Hub Production House. The Production House and the Actoress, collectively referred to as the "Parties," hereby agree to the following terms:
FILM ACTRESS AGREEMENT
This Film Actress Agreement (the "Agreement") is made and entered by and between:
The Film City Hub Production House, an organized and existing under the laws of India, with its principal place of business / Head office located at Gujarat, India and Branch Office at Mumbai, India (hereinafter referred to as the "Production House"), and
Simar Johal, (hereinafter referred to as the "Actress").
1. ENGAGEMENT: The Film City Hub Production House hereby engages the Actress, and the Actress agrees to render her services as an actress for the film.
2. ROLE: The Actress agrees to portray the role of The Main Lead Role - Female Character in the Film. The specific responsibilities and expectations related to the role will be communicated in writing by the Production House.
3. COMPENSATION: In consideration of the Actress's services, The Film City Hub Production House agrees to pay the Actress a total fee of [Agreed Amount by both of the Parties], payable according to the payment schedule outlined in the Final Agreement.
4. WORK SCHEDULE: The Production House will provide the Actress with a detailed shooting schedule. The Actress agrees to make herself available as per the agreed-upon schedule and to promptly notify The Film City Hub Production House of any conflicts.
5. TRAVEL AND ACCOMMODATION: If the Film requires shooting in different locations within India and/or outside of India, The Film City Hub Production House will cover reasonable travel and accommodation expenses for the Actress during the specified period.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY: The Actress acknowledges that all rights, title, and interest in and to the Film, including copyrights, shall be the exclusive property of the Production House.
7. CONFIDENTIALITY: The Actress agrees not to disclose any confidential information related to the Film or the Production House without prior written consent.
8. TERMINATION: Either party may terminate this Agreement upon written notice if the other party breaches any material term of this Agreement.
9. GOVERNING LAW: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
10. ENTIRE AGREEMENT: This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes any prior agreements, whether oral or written.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Film Actress Agreement as of the date first below written.
